Hardship or force majeure

One long-term contract, one shock. On the left, article 1195: renegotiate, keep performing, then apply to the court. On the right, article 1218: suspend, or terminate by operation of law. The model does not adapt the contract — it opens the right to apply to the court. Unforeseeability and excessive onerousness are the court's findings; the page leaves them to the court until they are made.
